volunteers. The volunteer fire service has a long & proud history in
the United States.

The Upper
Pottsgrove Township Fire
Company Officers, who are NFPA Certified Firefighters, & the
Montgomery County Fire Academy will provide training to all
perspective members. Training is provided Thursday evenings for all
members. It is requested that all members become NFPA Certified
within the first years with the company. The company will
provide all protective equipment. Curiosities & Questions can be

The Upper Pottsgrove
Township Fire Company has been active in the community for almost
60 years.
We have a first and second alarm response area that covers the
entire township, as well as parts of neighboring townships. The
company responds to over 120 emergency incidents per year. We have
and active fire prevention program that includes presentations at
schools or business within our area.
